Send Your Device To Us
We’ve teamed up with Fedex to provide fast, reliable delivery to our repair shop. Upon completion of your order request, you will be issued with a prepaid return label.
We offer two options for getting your device to our repair centre.
Collection
Fedex can collect your device from a location of your choice. Using the tracking number of your postcode, you can book a collection via the FedEx website here.
Collect Plus
With other 13,000 locations across the UK, Collect Plus offers a convenient solution for those wanting to drop packages off at a convenient time to suit them. You can find your nearest store here.
Packaging Your Return

Inspect
Check the condition of your device prior to packaging. We recommend taking pictures as this will help with resolving any postage issues.

Box
Place the device in a suitably sized box. We recommend using padding materials such as bubble wrap or foam.

Label
Add a note inside the box with your repair reference, name and contact number. The postage label should be attached to the top, outer section of the box.

Send
Arrange for your device to be collected by our delivery partners, drop it off at a collection point or deliver it in person.
